               Subject: Police disclosure CAD 5216092/17
               Dear All,
My name is Aurelie Burmann, I am case manager at L&Q North Neighbourhood. I am
writing in regards to an incident which occurred at 7 Tennyson Close EN3, crime reference
5216092/17. We have been informed on 30th August that the report/investigation was now
closed and advised the tenant was a risk to return to the property. The case was taken to the
panel for a priority transfer management. However, it was declined due to lack of
information. They requested for a full Police disclosure with copies of witness statements
from other residents. I did send a request by email two weeks ago, to the Right Unit and
attempted to contact them by phone, but I have no response. Therefore, the application to
allow the tenant to move to a new property, is on hold until we receive the Police report. I
hope you will be able to help and send me the information requested. Do not hesitate to
contact me on my number below if you request further information. My extension number is
               7487.
               Kind regards
               Aurelie Burmann
