In light of Mr Cordell's refusal to accept personal service, the threats of violence towards the
neighbours and the fact that a hearing has been listed on 30.05.2018, we have decided to
issue an ex parte application for service to be dispensed with. The application was considered
by Deputy District Judge Genn in the Edmonton County Court who made the following
order:
• Permission to the Applicant is given to amend the application for committal
• Permission is given pursuant to CPR 81.10(5)(b) to serve the amended application by
email on you.
In light of the Court order made by the Court this morning, the attached applications are
deemed served upon Mr Simon Cordell. Please note that your son is entitled to seek
independent legal advice.
