me for concern shown towards him and made it clear that he did not have mental illness
[and would not attend for assessment] he spoke a lot about his disagreement with the
Police and justice system - in fact nothing new from past dealings with him. he said he
did not need mental health, thanked me and wished me Happy New Year he ended the
phone call before I could ask him for current contact number. Simon was loud and
appeared "paranoid" as usual however there was no apparent evidence of psychotic
symptoms plan. feedback to team and will recommend referral to be closed
