Attached is the outcome report we discussed the other day and a copy of PC G’s statement,
disclosed to you under the Police Reform Act 2002, with redactions to protect the personal
data of others. For the avoidance of doubt, our Chief Inspector decided not to refer the matter
to the CPS. I’m sorry for the amount of time it has taken to bring this matter to its conclusion,
please do pass on my apologies to your son.
