Before District Judge
sitting at the Edmonton County Court.
Upon considering the Claimant's application
notice dated 04th February 2018 seeking
permission from the Court to vary the terms of the
interim injunction order made by District Judge
Taylor on 09th January 2018, it Is ordered that
the following paragraph be added to the injunction
order:
1. The Defendant Mr Cordell should be
forbidden "(whether by himself or by Instructing
or encouraging or permitting any other person) to
approach or threatening to approach the
Claimant's employees at their place of work and
personal home address.

2. A power of arrest is attached to this new
paragraph.
3. This order along with the order made on
09th January 2018 and the Power of Arrest do
remain in force until 4pm on 08th January 2019.
4. Dispense with personal service of this
Order on the Defendant.

5. Costs in the case.
