New Speaker: 03:25 Look, they're
Speaker 3: 03:40 there is nothing they can do.
Speaker 2: 03:45 Hello, can you put me back throw to the police please.
Speaker 3: 03:58 Okay.
New Speaker: 03:57 Thank you
Speaker 1: 04:06 [inaudible].
New Speaker: 04:06 Can you currently just hold the line please.
New Speaker: 04:06 Due to an exceptional demand. All of our operators are
currently dealing with other emergency calls. Please be
ready to tell us the location and postcode of where you
need the police. We are doing everything we can to
answer your call. Let's go.
Speaker 4: 04:26 Hello police what is your reason for your call.
Speaker 2: 04:27 Hello. I just contacted your call centre and the lady who
I phoned should act reasonably, which is what any
person should do. Is Act reasonable any professional
person? Yeah. She didn't act with courtesy for in
regards to my emergency graded issues, my emergency
graded issues or like less than five minutes ago I started
to get attacked again in my house. It doesn't matter if it's
a continuing issue or it’s a matter that's not issued.
These people attacked me in my house upstairs. They
have a baby upstairs, a child under the child protection
Act 1935 I'm telling you that they are acting, they're not
acting, they're not acting sane, or they're not acting
stable as legal guardians under the child protection.
New Speaker: 05:10 Right.
New Speaker: 05:10 under section 27.
New Speaker: 05:12 Mr. Cordell.
New Speaker: 05:12 under section 27 you have to go upstairs and you have
to send social services under that and the 1981 Act. And
you have to send someone a care worker interpreter to
make sure that that the child is protected.
Speaker 4: 05:24 Mr. Cordell we are listening to what you are saying. But
what I am saying err, is
Speaker 2: 05:27 I phoned up the neighbourhood team watch year, just
less than an hour ago and I've got them on recording
and explained it to them. They've told me that I've got
to deal with you and I've recorded them. And now I've
also phoned up the council.
New Speaker: 05:37 [inaudible].
New Speaker: 05:37 And the council have told me, I need to deal with you.
Speaker 4: 05:40 Mr. Cordell, will you just give me a minute to talk.
Listen to me. In the Cads that I can see in front of me, it
says that my neighbours are attacking me.
Speaker 2: 05:47 Yes. My neighbours are viciously assaulting me. Yeah.
Which is with criminal intent under the 1941 Act I,
yeah,
Speaker 1: 05:55 When did they assault you.
Speaker 2: 05:56 Yes. Less than 10 minutes ago under the 1941.
New Speaker: 05:58 Were did they assault you?
New Speaker: 05:58 In my own house less than 10 minutes ago. Yes.
New Speaker: 06:03 Ok.
New Speaker: 06:03 Yes, And I have it on camera cause I have a camera in
my front room and a camera in my bedroom. A camera
in my toilet. I've got a camera in every room in my
house, record in what is happening.
New Speaker: 06:13 OK, and I've got audio recording in every room what is
happening.
New Speaker: 06:16 [inaudible].
New Speaker: 06:16 I've done a very severe report here. Yeah. And
documenting everything.
