AND THE COURT being satisfied that the
Defendant has been guilty of contempt of court in
failing to comply with the order dated 09 January
2018 [paragraphs 3-5] of the order dated 09
January 2018 by harassing, intimidating and
assaulting one of his neighbours on 15 March
2018, 01 March 2018 and 26 February 2018.
IT IS ORDERED
4. that for his contempt the Defendant stands
committed to HM Prison (name of prison) for a
period of (number of days or as may be) from the
date of his apprehension.
5. that for his contempt the Defendant pays to
Her Majesty the Queen a fine of £ on or before
(date payment due).
6. that the costs of the Claimant summarily
assessed in the sum of £ 1,000 to be the subject of
a detailed assessment be paid by the Defendant to
the Claimant.
7. that the contemnor has permission to apply
to the Court to clear his contempt and ask for his
release or discharge.
