This man was closed to your service in January of this year due to non-engagement.
We received a police notification regarding contact on 12.4.18. (see uploaded docs for
details). Neighbour dispute due to noise from building work. Sounds like he is oversensitive
in keeping with a persecutory outlook.
I tried to phone but his number is unavailable.
RiO entries show he is fairly adamant about not being seen by mental health.
I am closing to EAS. Not sure if you want to try and make contact as Goodie may have some
rapport with him.
