11:15am Communal door to flat had been broken and closed with tape which opened easily.
Simon's flat, 109 is on ground floor and door was closed and had a strap fastened to bottom
of door as well. After knocking Simon asked who it was and when told " A social worker
from Enfield Mental Health services" he said that he did not wish to see me and to go away,
he talked rapidly about being subjected to 75 assaults at the hands of mental health
services and that he has documented evidence and is taking action. Claimed he would
make us all redundant. He warned us to leave. A dog could be heard barking behind the
door.
