patient seen in the police cell, he was arrested today as the police called to his flat re him
breaking a harassment order, he assaulted the police who attended, and spat at them.
on interview he had pressure of speech, delusions about his neighbours and the police and
housing ganging up against him. he denied drug use. he does not feel he has a mental
disorder, spoke about organising St Ann’s when he was admitted in the past.
both doctors found him hypomanic, flight of speech, and grandiose, he was also thought
disordered.
taking all the circumstances of the case into consideration including his human rights I made
a section 2 application
based on two medical recommendations. See medical recommendations for details.
mother identified as nearest relative and was informed of the outcome of the assessment.
bed identified on Dorset ward chase farm hospital. LAS and police to transport. report to
follow.
