Mr Cordell was previously under the care of the Early Intervention Team for 3 years. The
Early Intervention Team discharged him in
June 2018
and at that point he was referred to our team. There is a suggestion on RIO notes that
he did not engage well with that team.

She told me that since the

the "banging” has stopped. She said that she has complained about the neighbour
herself but thinks these situations are misinterpreted by the council and the mental
health services and her son is then seen as the perpetrator and or being mentally
unwell. Ms Cordell stated that the sound proofing is lacking and the noise is real. Other
