               FICS Enfield - consultant's note
Simon had been referred to FICS for advice before he was detained under the MHA. I note
the working diagnosis of psychosis. This would seem to be a possible explanation for some
of the behaviours described and, if confirmed as a diagnosis, antipsychotic treatment might
well alter the relevant risks longer term.
