Mental State: Simon has spent most of the shift in his room. Preoccupied with his website
and how he is being set up, by police. He stated that he was not delusional or paranoid as he
had evidence to prove he wasn't.

Physical Health: No reported or observed.
Medication: Not on medication
Personal Care and Activities: Good personal hygiene

FICS Enfield - consultant's note
Simon had been referred to FICS for advice before he was detained under the MHA. I note
the working diagnosis of psychosis. This would seem to be a possible explanation for some
of the behaviours described and, if confirmed as a diagnosis, antipsychotic treatment might
well alter the relevant risks longer term.
