Getting wrongly detained while Working on my report in the;
Chase Farm Mental Hospital on an Assessment Wing!
I woke up at around 7:00hours and decided to take a few more hours to sleep I re awoke at
the time of 9:00 Hors and soon after went and took my shower.
Then afterwards I went to the communal room to get a cup of tea
While I was there, I see the staff who asked me to take a blood test. This got achieved and
now I am back in my room doing my report.
12:00 Hours Lunch time I never bothered to go and get something to eat because I was to
busy sorting out my documentation that I needed to defend myself!
I decided to take a break for a little while and laid down on my bed at the time of 13:00
               Hours
After sleeping for some time, I re awoke at 14:56 hours and I am yet again typing away.
BIBI IN THE CORRIDOR AT 00:15: -
I spoke to Bibi in the corridor about the circumstances report that she had made
               About me
I explained to her that I know what she wrote about me is nothing alike the truth and that
she had committed fraud by doing so to aid in my illegal detention under the Mental Health
Act 1983, she walked off from me when I was talking to her.
The water Machine in the main communal room got turned off because of the bad leak.
Mother came to the Dorset wing to give me some money of my card I asked Bib if I could go
outside to see her and for some reason she was not sure if I had been taken of un escorted
leave, she took her time as she was slightly busy checking the computers in the office so
that she could confirm whether I was aloud of the wing, so, long that my mother got feed up
of waiting outside for me my, my mum must of got feed up of waiting outside in the car and
came into the Dorset wing, Bibi was shocked to see her and my mother had a few polite
words in regards to my detention on the wing and the conditions imposed upon my person.
She quickly dropped the money off to me and left soon afterwards, about 5 minutes after
her departure I noticed that she had not left me my socks that I had asked her to bring with
her and called her back on my phone she agreed to meet me outside again and I asked Bibi
if I could leave the wing she agreed this time and I went outside to the car park and
collected my socks and went back into the wing and to my room to finish my work.

"I’ve copied to housing colleagues, as I was not currently aware of pending eviction. As a
detained patient under assessment he is not in a position to representative himself in this
matter and therefore I will liaise with housing colleague to alert proceedings until such time
