"I’ve copied to housing colleagues, as I was not currently aware of pending eviction. As a
detained patient under assessment he is not in a position to representative himself in this
matter and therefore I will liaise with housing colleague to alert proceedings until such time
that appropriate assessment and capacity assessment can be carried out to determine what
might be in his best interest."
