We offered him an assessment to establish if he had a current mental health problem that
we could offer treatment for
Our offer to assess him was not connected to any legal matters. It might assist the Court to
have an assessment from a specialist Forensic Psychiatrist who are experts in mentally
disordered offenders and risk assessment and management
