After getting released from the hospital wing Dorset I went with my mother who had picked
me up and went to her home, for a little while and then on after head back to my own flat.

I Came back Home
After illegal getting detained at Chase Farm Hospital, I came back home.
Jam Stayed with me till late. He also explained that something had happened to Ambrose
the day before hand

Act 1983 because the Responsible Clinician decided that the section should be rescinded on
15/11/2018. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions or concerns. No
longer being on section does not necessarily mean that you won't still be receiving care
from the Trust, please speak to your clinical team if you are in any doubt as to the ongoing
arrangements for your care.
