I am a solicitor for the London Borough of Enfield. I understand that Mr Cordell was
contacted by the Community Mental Health Team. I was advised by Dr Scurlock on 15th
June 2018 that Mr Cordell did not attend the assessments he was offered. Can you please
confirm whether this is the position?
However, if he did attend, may I please have the outcome of the assessment? The matter is
listed in court tomorrow and your urgent response will be appreciated.
