What would be the best number for Ma'am Millichap to call you on?
               Regards

               Hi Steven
Thank you for the update, the time for the telephone call is fine, maybe then I can get a
time to see her in person,
               Regards

               Ms Cordell
I apologise for the length of time it has taken to make contact with you regarding your
concerns. I am sure you can understand that finding time in Helen Millichap's diary can be a
challenge, I have however managed to find sometime for an initial telephone conversation
with Ma'am Millichap. I appreciate that you want to meet with Ma'am and a telephone call
may not be exactly what you want. That being said this will allow Helen to listen to some of
your concerns with the hope of being able to progress them. I have provisionally booked
1:30pm on Wednesday 11th July. Is that time convenient and suitable for you. As previously
