I apologise for the length of time it has taken to make contact with you regarding your
concerns. I am sure you can understand that finding time in Helen Millichap's diary can be a
challenge, I have however managed to find sometime for an initial telephone conversation
with Ma'am Millichap. I appreciate that you want to meet with Ma'am and a telephone call
may not be exactly what you want. That being said this will allow Helen to listen to some of
your concerns with the hope of being able to progress them. I have provisionally booked
