and the conditions got imposed against me till late 2020!

The agreed level of services provided by the Enfield Councils and the Enfield Homes
Mandatory Statutory Duties blatantly get assaulted by their staffs own reckless actions of
disregard at my suffering of none heating!
Time Spent Building;
