Ground 2
               •  The tenant or a person residing in or visiting the dwelling-house -
               has been guilty of conduct causing or likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to a person
               residing, visiting, or otherwise engaging in a lawful activity in the locality, or
               (aa) has been guilty of conduct causing or likely to cause a nuisance or annoyance to the
               landlord of the dwelling-house, or a person employed (whether or not by the landlord) in
               connection with the landlord’s housing management functions, and that is directly or
               indirectly related to or affects those functions, or
               •  has been convicted of—
               •  using the dwelling-house or allowing it to be used for immoral or illegal purposes, or
               •  an indictable offence committed in, or in the locality of, the dwelling-house.
               NOTES TO PARAGRAPH 3
               Whatever Grounds for possession are set out in paragraph 3 of this Notice, the Court may
               allow any of the other Grounds to be added at a later stage. If this is done, you will be told
               about it so you can argue at the hearing in Court about the new Ground, as well as the
               Grounds set out in paragraph 3 if you want to.

               You have failed to comply with the following obligations of your tenancy agreement which

               The relevant conditions of the tenancy agreement are as follows:

               Condition 9

               “You, the tenant, are responsible for the behaviour of anyone, including your children, living
               in, or visiting your home. This means that you must ensure that they do not act in breach of
               any of these conditions. Also, you must not encourage them to act in such a way. This applies
               in the property, in communal and surrounding areas, any property belonging to the council
               and or anywhere within Enfield borough.”
               Condition 10
               “You must not act in any way which causes, or is likely to cause, a nuisance or annoyance or
               is anti-social.”
               Condition 21
               “You must not abuse, harass, make offensive comments and/or malicious allegations, use or
               threaten to use violence against any of our officers or agents, or against a councillor. This
               applies at any time and in any place. We may report the matter to the Police.”
               As to Ground 1
               Condition 31
               “You must take care not to cause damage to your property or the property of your
               neighbours.”
               Condition 33
               “You must keep the inside of your property clean and in reasonable decorative order.”
               Condition 34
               “You must not use the property in any way that may cause a health or safety hazard or
               encourage vermin and/or pests (for example, by hoarding items inappropriately).”
               Condition 44
               “You must obtain our prior written permission before carrying out any alterations,
               improvements or structural work to the property. You may need to obtain other permissions
               such as planning permission or building regulations approval.”
