117 Started to go into the hallway and squeak the floor when I was sitting down having a fag.
This has continued to happen to me. Thought the last couple of days.
I can clearly tell the difference from someone doing something normal in their house and a
person doing something to get my attention.
To my understand gained from previous attempts of mine there is no point in phoning the
police or the Enfield Council.
And this is people going to where I am in my flat to upset me
I do not know who the new people are that have moved into the flat
