his family have since fled
their property as a result of
the Defendant constant
threats and intimidation.

55. On 18th January
2019, the Defendant
telephoned Miss Ludmilla
lyavoo from a private
number and started making
threats and the solicitor
ended the call. The
Defendant called again
three times and left a voice
message making threats and
intimidation.

telephoned Miss Ludmilla
