I am writing this email with regard to a telephone call that I received tonight from my son Mr
Simon Cordell solicitor, Tyrer Roxburgh Solicitors.
I was forwarded a court order dated the 09/12/2019 from Edmonton Country Court, heard on
the 06/12/2019.
It would seem that Edmonton Country Court received a consent order at the court on the 5 th
December 2019, and Deputy District Judge Brown made a court order on the 06/12/2019.
Can you please forward this consent order over via this email ASAP as we have never seen it
yet alone agreed to it or signed it?
As you will be aware, no consent order has been agreed upon or signed, so how has the court
been sent a consent order by you?
