Hi Simon,

The council complaints team have advised us that you recently contacted them to request for a meeting with
a manager to discuss your concerns about Enfield Council involvement in you having an ASBO and curfew
which in your view is based on ‘hearsay evidence’.

Could you please clarify what ASBO you refer to because as far as we are concerned, it is the police that took
out the ASBO against you, not Enfield Council and therefore you should direct any queries/concerns about it
to them. Also we are not aware of any curfew as Enfield Council did not apply for one.

However if you wish to discuss the ongoing injunction proceedings, please let me know so that we can
arrange a suitable date for us to meet. Please note that we cannot discuss the details of the evidence so as
not to prejudice the case, more so as this will be disclosed in due course.
