I am writing this email as I have had no update regarding the request the SAR I put in via email on the 13/11/2018, under law I should have had this by now or
at least an update that you needed longer to process the information.

Could you please get back to me as soon as possible regarding this with an update when my mother can come and collect the information I have requested,
which I hope at this stage is nearly ready and is up to today's date the information covers seeing as it been so long I have been waiting.
