               Hi Josey
I have not had a reply to the below emails yet, can you please tell me what this meeting is
going to be tomorrow that you want Simon to attend at the office at 14 00 hours. Is it just
going to be to sign and new legal Aid form, and hand over a list of information for the
               appeal?
As said in an earlier email you will not just be able to print of the new information and hand
it in as each part will need going over as there are 100s of pages, I can being t on a USB pen
as at this time I have just printed it to PDF so it all on my computer the only one I printed off
which the judge would not a low was Hippy Fest, and some other documents from the news
showing these parties was still going on. Now I have event pages showing this clearly has not
stopped. And the police are allowing them to go on. I have already sent you a list of
information that has been gathered, and explained what would need to be done, due to it not
being done for the trial. I know you cannot do any work without legal aid being granted, and I
know Simon thinks tomorrow he will be sitting down with you going over a lot of data will
               this be the case?
Could you also tell me f Andy Locke will be dealing with the appeal?
I not sure how this will work as legal aid has not been granted yet would he be able to book
the days that would be needed for the appeal.
               Regards

               Hi Josey
Can you please fill the form in for legal Aid and leave it at the office and let me know when
this has been done please then me and Simon will come to the office and he will sign and
date it and I will get the staff to take a copy of the form so you have a copy of it. I will then
take it to the post office and send it next day signed for as I am not going to wait until the
09/10/2015 for Simon to sign this legal Aid form this needs to be done as soon as possible so
we know if it has been granted or it will have to go in front of the judge like last time.
               Regards
               Lorraine

               Hi Josey
I can print the form off and take it to Simon like I did last time get him to sign it and date it,
and then bring it to your office I will even pay for it to be sent next day delivery signed for,
so we have proofed this time they got it as I don't trust normal delivery after what you said
and that legal aid losing so many applications, or please leave the form with someone at the
office and I will bring Simon to the office before the 09/1 0/2015 to get him to sign it and
date it in front of one of the staffs and leave the money there so it can be posted next day
delivery. This way you be able to get t before 09/10/2015 so it can be sent off, so you are not
doing any work before legal aid is granted. There is only 5 weeks 4 days left for the appeal
case, and there is so much that was not done for the last trial that it all needs to be done. I
don't want him just coming to the office to sign the form on the 09/10/201 5 he already is not
