is times that are off so many things that are wrong here. The CADs well sorry but the police
are trying it on with these they really are, and something needs to be done about how they

why a grid ref would need to be blacked out?
But there is a lot of work with the police papers that needs to be gone over which was not
done for the trial and Josey this will take time. That last statement you missed in your email
from the office in charge of the case needs to be dealt with also it was too late when we found
out about it the day before the trail and that being in Val Tanner from the public order unit at
Scotland Yard, but I need to say in a statement what she said to me on the phone as it doesn’t
work out with what the police officer said in that statement. And also, the phone ca l that DS
Chapman from the public order unit at Scotland Yard. The public order unit at Scotland Yard
know a lot more Josey and they know it and they are allowing Simon to be blamed for this
knowing he never done it that is wrong Josey it really is. was really funny how the office in
charge of this case deleted the email he sent to the public order unit why would he have done
this why would he have not taken a statement from Val Tanner? Simon did do a lot of this
with me right from the start when this started but Michael kept saying that does not matter,
But Josey t does matter I did not understand how a civil case worked until the end at trial I
did ask but it was not explained to me or Simon.

Legal aid has not come in yet for Crown Court. Once it does, I will notify you. I am at court
at present.
Can you please confirm any additional evidence you intend relying on do that I can make
arrangements to get it printed off?

get the case files ready so I can get them I need to know what has been done. Can you also
please forward me the email that you sent to the po ice office in Essex so I can see what has
been asked for him to write in his statement or has this not been done?
And also, the emails to the court and have you had any update to the legal aid. Josey, I do not
you are busy but there has got to be some point when something will be done on Simon case.
I know the cuts are really bad and it has put many solicitors under a lot of pressure but this is
really making me I am with worry, you also know how ill Simon is he is really not coping
and I don't know what to do any more could you please just take 15 mins to give me a full
update on this case please.
