Telephone call from Lorraine Cordell mother of Simon, said I sent a report to court
without her or Simons consent. She read out a progress note I had written in
15th June,
unhappy as she is named and her son has issues with Trust.
I am unable to see on Rio that I sent any reports to Enfield council. Lorraine agreed to e-
mail me what she has with the details for her to review. Reported that she wishes to
make a compliant.
