Dear Angela Hague
Thank you for taking the time to spoke to me today, I have called before this date trying to
speak to you regarding this but each time you were not in the office. I also was wrong on
the date of your assessment of Simon it was the 19th June 2018 at 11:00 hours. so, it was
between this time the report was spent over to Enfield Council and they then used it in
court on the 26th June 2018 which as stated on the phone we did not have access to your
report on that day only Enfield Council did and the Judge. I am very shocked that this report
has been sent to Enfield Council as you was very aware there was going to be a court
assessment of Simon and before Simon had the assessment with you, me and Simon made
sure it was nothing to do with the court assessment that had been ordered, and you clearly
told both of us your assessment had nothing to do with the court assessment one you just
wanted to make sure Simon was ok. Your assessment report has also been used when the
court assessment was done Enfield Council passed that on to the doctor who was doing the
assessment. I also do not understand why my name is all over it stating things I did not say
to you or anyone, I seems like all the mental health team want to do is make my son lose
trust in me, stating things I am meant to have said and have not this is not the 1st time the
mental health team has done this and I am not happy with what is going on here. You are
meant to be there to help people and yet the mental health team is causing more problems
than anything else breaching someone trust is a very big issue and once again this has been
done without a care of the impact that is going to cause. This seems to not be the only
information that has been given to Enfield Council as Enfield Council has said things in court
multiple times even using incorrect information so I would also like to know where Enfield
Council is being passed this information from about my son's health and why no consent has
been given to pass this information over to Enfield Council. When I spoke with you I told you
my son had lost all trust and this is the sort of reasons why reports being sent out to other
body's when in fact there was no right to do so, my son has never given consent for any of
his medical records to be given out to Enfield Council and we want to know the reason as to
who and why this report was handed to Enfield Council, then used in a court of law and then
passed to a doctor to do the court assessment, and is going to use in court many times what
rights was used when this report was handed out and what duty of care was used.
I would like this looked into as soon as possible, and the person name who is sending this
information to Enfield Council and the department they work for, I would also like to know
the complaints Email as I believe what has been done regarding this is wrong in law and a
breach of data protection as well as other breaches towards my son and the use of my name
