How to Appeal

            Your appeal must be in writing. You can fill in the form in leaflet GL24 if you think
            our decision is wrong or you can write to us. You must tell us which decision your
            appeal is against and give the reasons for your appeal.

            You can get a copy of the leaflet from:
            •  Our website at www.Gov.uk
            •  Jobcentre Plus
            •  An advice centre, like the Citizens Advice Bureau Please send your appeal to

            your local benefit paying office.

            Joint Claims for Jobseekers Allowance
            If  you have made a joint claim  for Jobseeker’s  Allowance, you must share  the
            information in this letter with each other.

            You both have the right of appeal against the decision. One or both of you can
            appeal.
