Could you please deal with the information below I have asked for over and over again?
Could I please get the case files, since this case started in Sep 2014 so I can see what has been done?
The information about the medical records.
A list of what was given the Magistrates for the trail as Simon never had his own bundle for trail, we don't know what was in fact
sent to the court, we do know there was medical records lists 2 sets but the court did not seem to have these, as there were a lot of
things Given to Michael which we don't know f they were sent.
Could you please forward me the email to Superintendent Adrian Coombs from Essex police that you said you was going to send
weeks ago asking him about the statement.
Forward me the ema l you have sent to the crown court about the appeal updating them to how many days you think the appeal
will take and any person that are being called, I know you will not be able to give them a full list as of yet as we don't yet have the
statement from Superintendent Adrian Coombs and information about the public order un t.
I keep sending emails with lists of things but you only every seem to reply to as little as you can and we never get an update as to
what is being asked this has gone on since this case started Sep 2014, I know Michael was dealing with this case and he left, the
trail was a mess Josey as so much was never done.
Also, did you get the below email of information you asked for, and how we are going to deal with this please?
Please could you take a little time and deal with just some of this.

I got the face book events pages for
12/01/2013 Canary Wharf Simon was taken to the Royal London Hospital I found out the hospital called them they have the
records.
25/05/2014 Unit 5 St Georges Ind Est White hart Lane, N17 I got emails of the event and what was written on the Facebook
event page as to the location and what the event was ca led and the links to the event etc, but event page was deleted. Event was

19/07/2014 Carpet right A10 Enfield I got Antony Havey Facebook account page I been waiting for nearly a year for him to add
me so I could see what his account page showed as he deleted the event page the event was ca led 19th JULY (1.4k attending)
The Raving Family That Rave In The Woods he only added me to his Facebook account on the 1 3/09/2015 and oh yes I got the
information from his Facebook account page, which shows him and others talking about the event, and also a person says on his
page there is 200 people waiting at Southbury.
Also, it seems that he was one of the people that was at Croydon Party and put on the news and newspapers, he handed himself
in for this on the 30/06/2014 to a police station and was taken to Scotland Yard for interview this is confirmed by his mother on
his Facebook account as she was keeping people updated.
He was given bail from Scotland yard but it seems on bail conditions from reading his page and reading between the lines one of
them seem to be was not to attend any illegal raves, he got NFA for that one the 04/08/2014 from Scotland yard from what it says
on his page,
But tell me this he was arrested on the 19/07/2014 for this event Simon is being blamed for before Simon got there, why when
the police saw Simon did, they arrest Simon and de arrest Antony Havey, I sure they would have had his name and done a name
check and saw what he was on bail for?
Also, he does not stop there about Scotland Yard.
27/07/2014 Millmarsh Lane Enfield Emails for this one with information and location. Also, this was not outdoors like the police
are trying to say and I can prove this 09 to 10 Aug 2014 Millmarsh Lane Enfield the full event page is 108 pages. Also, this was

to the party on the 27/07/2014
Just say I got information a lot of information to each event they say Simon set up. But Josey you need to under the information
and how it works I am very good at computers and t even took me a little while to work out how these people set these pages up
and what they are doing with the event pages. So just saying you will print them off is not going to be enough as you are going to
have hundreds of pages that will need tagging.
You need to see the information and understand it to be able to lay this out how it will need laying out for people to understand
it. and how I was able to find it which I started when this case started, and have been saying I had it and the event pages but
nothing was done, now some pages have been deleted, but we all know the police can get them don't we.
I even got events to date that these people are still setting up and the po ice are giving green lights to them which mean the police
are allowing these parties to go ahead. These parties are in fact still going on every week.
Also, Josey the paper works the police served really does need time to go over it there is times that are off so many things that are
wrong here.
