I have scheduled a meeting with Simon tomorrow so that the following can be done:
(a) Simon signs crm 14 and I can submit legal aid application again (t) Simon's defence document bundle is updated and indexed
Simon's statement is updated All freedom of information disclosure is considered and included in the bundle Simon's comments on the additional
statement Basically, you now know how the police are putting the case. You have specified areas that you require clarification upon, namely Crown
Road raves etc. I have left a voice message for Andy asking him to confirm if he is willing to do the appeal as usually barrister's like fresh eyes on the
case as the prosecution is not firmly on notice as to the points that we are raising. We also now know the points that the prosecution is making and we
need to challenge them. Re Freedom of information - please bring all that you have so that I can consider it and include it in the bundle Email to Essex
will be done tomorrow when you are present Email to Val at Public Order unit will be done tomorrow - as you are aware the police did not take a
statement from Val but provided a statement regarding a conversation so we will request information. This point was mooted with Andy during the
conference and he was of the view that this could be a double-edged sword and I agreed with Andy. Perhaps via emails / Facebook we can explain
how Simon was present so early on for the parties.
Whatever you have on the USB please bring so that we can consider this also.
The meeting is scheduled between 2pm - 4pm tomorrow.
Regards
Josephine

Hi Josey
I have not had a reply to the below emails yet, can you please tell me what this meeting is going to be tomorrow that you want Simon to attend at the
office at 14 00 hours. Is it just going to be to sign and new legal Aid form, and hand over a list of information for the appeal?
As said in an earlier email you will not just be able to print of the new information and hand it in as each part will need going over as there are 100s
of pages, I can being t on a USB pen as at this time I have just printed it to PDF so it all on my computer the only one I printed off which the judge
would not a low was Hippy Fest, and some other documents from the news showing these parties was still going on. Now I have event pages showing
this clearly has not stopped. And the police are allowing them to go on. I have already sent you a list of information that has been gathered, and
explained what would be need to be done, due to it not being done for the trial. I know you cannot do any work without legal aid being granted, and
I know Simon thinks tomorrow he will be sitting down with you going over a lot of data will this be the case?
Could you also tell me f Andy Locke will be dealing with the appeal? I not sure how this will work as legal aid has not been granted yet would he be
able to book the days that would be needed for the appeal.

Hi Josey
Can you please fill the form in for legal Aid and leave it at the office and let me know when this has been done please then me and Simon will come
to the office and he will sign and date it and I will get the staff to take a copy of the form so you have a copy of it. I will then take it to the post office
and send it next day signed for as I am not going to wait until the 09/10/2015 for Simon to sign this legal Aid form this needs to be done as soon as
possible so we know if it has been granted or it will have to go in front of the judge like last time.

Hi Josey
I can print the form off and take it to Simon like I did last time get him to sign it and date it, and then bring it to your office I will even pay for it to be
sent next day delivery signed for, so we have proofed this time they got it as I don't trust normal delivery after what you said and that legal aid losing
so many applications, or please leave the form with someone at the office and I will bring Simon to the office before the 09/1 0/2015 to get him to
sign it and date it in front of one of the staffs and leave the money there so it can be posted next day delivery. This way you be able to get t before
09/10/2015 so it can be sent off so you are not doing any work before legal aid is granted. There is only 5 weeks 4 days left for the appeal case, and
there is so much that was not done for the last trial that it all needs to be done. I don't want him just coming to the office to sign the form on the
09/10/201 5 he already is not well enough as you already know and then we have to wait weeks to find out if the application has been granted again
in which time no work can be done again as this will really upset him and I really can do without that, and I am not having the date set back on the
26/1 0/2015 when it is listed in court to make sure everything is ready. this case has been going on for over a year now and it was never ready for trial
the 1st time.
You also have to look at the CADs as I been saying all along a lot are not correct and we need to get the cads for the 06rth June funny how none of
them are in there and also all the Cads for Crown Road. I mean the grid that are left open in the cads we have got are for places like chase side miles
away from progress way, and other places, and then you got crown road 2 secs away from Southbury road train station and progress way is 17mins
away from Southbury road, so did the police ask a l the people that were at Southbury road what party they were going to? I mean from what the
police said on the stand they did not even know a party was going on at crown road which is a joke seeing as parties had been going on there every
week since April 2014, it just does not add up and if it had been looked at when I kept asking this should have been seen.
And what about the medical notes I still don't know anything about them, if you have not got them it takes around 6 weeks to get them so we are
already out of time, but seeing as Michael said he had paid for them I think you should have them they just were not at court for the trial.
And the Cads and medical notes was meant to have been done form the trial, also we still don t have the court bundle from the trial so don't know
what is in it. Things will need to be asked for Josey I am tiring as much as I can to get as much work as I can done, Simon and me done a lot of work
already. I don't think you understand how much paper work is going to be added to this case. and I been up and down Highbury corner getting the
errors addressed that is on his PNC record which should have been done for the trial. Also, as I already said the police are not helping with a l the FOI,
I am putting in they are finding every way possible not to deal with it, and sorry but 5 weeks is not long enough to address this entire, well it will be
4 weeks 3 days by the 09/10/201 5.
