Dear Lorraine & Simon

Please see attached the crime scene photographs. They do not add anything to the case. The attached
statements however confirm that the police were aware that there were squatters in the premises and
this contradicts the statement of the Inspector.

I think that a Saturday office appointment will be better at my office. I will confirm the time on
Saturday morning as I have another two clients attending also.

I am on a legal visit in the morning and then I have a conference at Wood Green Crown Court.
