Our event is a conference of young talented artists throughout London, a chance to showcase their talent in arts,
crafts, dancing or singing. To show that positivity & productivity are key elements in life, something that we can
all achieve!
This event is a community event that is a fundraiser for Enfield Children & Youth Services, our aim is to raise
awareness & education within the community. We organise various social & fundraising events both in the UK &
Overseas, with a 100% success rate.
We have so many young and talented people in our community, people who deserve an opportunity to have the
support of their community. If we can help one child or young person to have a better outlook or understanding of
life, then we have achieved our goal.

We have the following protocols in place for any event that we organise

1. Licences & Permits where necessary
2. Risk management: implementation of risk prevention
3. Entertainment License
4. Crowd Management: Security, Staff/Stewards -Road &Traffic Management: Traffic stewards,
5. Transport Management: public Transport & taxi services
6. Accident & Emergency Management: First Aiders available for entire duration of event.
7. Public Amenities: portable toilets and washrooms#
8. Public Liability Insurance -Equipment Insurance

All of our Contractors, Suppliers, Vendors & Staff are certified (British Standard) & public liability insured
professionals. We will supply all our own equipment, outsourcing where necessary.
We will be working closely with the Metropolitan Police, London Fire Brigade & Enfield Council Events Team, Enfield
Children & Youth Services.
