The site can regenerate a sub stainable amount back into itself and the community, by renting out the office
spaces to community businesses, function halls rented for various activities by the community. Also rented by
professionals ie slimming world, Zumba, yoga.
Our staff members are all DBS checked, certified and more importantly experienced in their field and
profession. We will be working closely with (Enfield Children & Youth Services, Metropolitan Police & London
Fire Brigade)
We believe from our calculations and forecast flow, that this is an investment that can only benefit the
