HEARSAY NOTICE
                 TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the Magistrates' Courts (Hearsay Evidence in Civil
                 Proceeding) Rules 1999, the Applicant intends to rely on hearsay evidence at the hearing of
                 this application and at any subsequent hearing.
                 Such hearsay evidence is as follows:

                 aforementioned witnesses to be cross examined.
