Loraine reported that her mother suffered from bi-polar affective disorder and latter
schizophrenia late onset during her menopause. Died last year August 2014 from cancer
believes she had an overdose of chemotherapy.

Telephoned and spoke to Lorraine. Advised that we will offer a non-urgent appointment
from EAS. Loraine reported her concern that we would be tell her son about her reporting
her son and that this would damage their relationship for good. Reported that about three
years ago she called an ambulance when her son was vomiting, and he is still complaining
and

Whilst talking to Lorraine her mobile phone rang and she spoke to the person says it was
Maggie Garrod AMHP.
Said she has been phoning them and they called her back yesterday and that they have
told them that she should have a carers assessment as she is finding it difficult to cope.

speak to the AMHP office.
