Informed reported that
Lorraine had spoken to
Maggie
and Lorraine had been advised about the carers centre in Enfield and also advised to go
along with whatever plan there is with the assessment service. From description from
mother does not appear to be crisis, is eating and drinking and no active plans to and,
gradual deterioration in mental health over the past year. Plan to offer assessment with
EAS medic and Social Worker. Patient already known to Community Safety Officer and
this may be a route into the assessment given the concerns raised by other residents.
Community Safety Officer already informed. EIS also informed as may be and psychotic
illness.
