T/C to Simon this morning to arrange for visit Unannounced visit, knocked on his door,
Simon was quite reluctant to door, saying it was arranged in the meeting that the visits
should in the evening Explained to see him in the evening When I sat in my car and about
to drive away, Simon approached me to come back and do the visit Mother came to his
flat to see him but immediate started arguing with the Mother He was adamant that the
Tribunal has discharged him from Section and is not willing to take medication anymore.
