One time a day each tablet got given to me: --
One time a day each tablet got given to me, at home address under section 117 Mental Health
Act 1983 even low I am under section 2 and not unwell, Accepted Lorazepam and
Olanzapine. But still never felt well messed up my sleep pattern too tired to do anything,
Dizzy, feeling sick, tangential thinking, irritable.

T/C to Simon this morning to arrange for visit
Unannounced visit knocked on his door, Simon was quite reluctant to door, saying it was
arranged in the meeting that the visits should in the evening Explained to see him in the
evening. When I sat in my car and about to drive away, Simon approached me to come back
and do the visit Mother came to his flat to see him but immediate started arguing with the
Mother. He was adamant that the Tribunal has discharged him from Section and is not willing
to take medication anymore. Appeared slightly elated in mood, pressured speech
