               The Enfield Homes and the Enfield Council staff aloud the tenants of 113 - 117 and 111
               Continue to victimize me by--
               The already named keep on victimizing me with intent of using the same repeated items of
               the building fixtures to have tortures effects in my rented living circumstances!
               I continue to lecture the importance of my complaints and that off my sent official
               correspondent to what I send to the relevant persons, without no correct follow ups, namely
               the Enfield Council!
