It has been brought to my attention that you have fitted a security camera onto the inner
communal/fire door on the ground floor of our building.
This is in breach of tenancy conditions as it has been fitted without permission.
Please arrange for the camera to be removed by Friday 25th November 2016.
Failure to remove the camera by this date will result in the Council arranging for the
removal of the camera and carrying out any necessary repairs to the structure of the
building for which you will be charged and we may take action against you for breach of
your tenancy conditions.
Please contact me on or before 5.00pm on Friday 25th November 2016 to advise that the
camera has been removed or we will proceed with the action as advised above.
