Our conversation came to an end and as he moved his head away from the cell hatch, I
noticed a few more people outside of my cell door, when taking a closer look, I can
remember that in doing so I noticed quite a few of them from other prior occasions, as if in
to mean who they were. The reason I remembered who they were easily is because on the
25/10/2018
Most of them came to my home on an un expected visit: --
What had happened on the 25/10/2018? --
What had happened is that the doctors from Silver Street Crisis Team had made a telephone
call to my mother in the morning of the
25/10/2018
I never found this out until later in the evening as I had left my mobile phone turned off from
the night before hand and also due to my mother having to go to another court case in Oxford
on the same Morning.
While indoor I received a knock on my front door when I went to see who it was, I heard a
reply of it is the doctors we want to speak to you about your mental health, I was quite
shocked for the doctors to be at my front door again after all that had happened as of so far
between me and them self’s.
Because I never knew they were coming I never rushed and tydeid up my flat when first
waking up and on stead had started work on my computer.
When speaking to the doctors with my home front door closed at first, I heard a man’s voice
say hello Simon we are the doctors and we want to do an assessment on your Mental Health
under the Mental Health Act 1983.
I decided not to open my front door at first and to find out more to why they believed they
had the rights to do yet again another assessment on me by speaking to them with the door
keep shut.
They would not explain much to me and all preferred to walk away.
I waited for them to go out the door and tried to call my mother but her mobile phone was
turned off.
After a few moments I decided to go outside and learn more to why they wanted to use the
Mental Health Act against my wellbeing.
When outside of my block of flats I could see a few of the Mental Health team members
sitting on a low built wall and the rest standing together all talking.
I approached them and asked why they keep attending my home address without any official
person ever taking a statement of myself about what I claim about on stead of victimising me
and then on doing the correct follow-up’s.
The official Public servants outside of my home said the normal reply to myself by this date
and that was “we got referred to you”
I explained that some person must do the correct follow ups about what I claim about for
once and then these fake claims against me might stop.
The doctors said to me that speaking outside in the road will not help, so I offered for them to
come inside of my flat and do their assessment yet again against me.
The doctors accepted my offer and followed me into my flat.

After the doctors left my home, I made a few telephone calls to understand who sent them
and put an official complaint in about what had just happened.
I recorded the recordings of myself making an official complaint to the Mental Health
Act’s Department at the Silver Street Department and this is the transcribes of them
