accept anything from them.
I held my letter box closed so that no mail could enter inside of my flat from the police
officers who were outside. Soon afterwards I heard them both leave my communal hallway.
When I was sure that they had left the building, I opened my front door.
I took a look on the floor and noticed that there was a letter left on the floor.
After picking it up I took a short peek at the heading and realised that it was another
Harassment Letter against my person in Knowing that I never done anything wrong again so
to be able to receive such a notice in a fair motion.
I Decided to question the police officer who had tried to post the letter through m front
door.
In doing so I quickly run outside of my front communal door and looked around the streets
locations to see if I could still catch up with the two police officers.
I noticed them both to my left when coming out of my building still walking towards their
police car so I called out to them in a polite manner / not to load or neither hash in voice.
The police officers turned around towards myself and asked what I wanted, I replied to
them both I just wanted to chat to them about what has been going on and as I was doing
so I hurried towards them but in a settled manner, as I approached them I took my time as I
chose my words and because of this I can remember what I said, what I did say was after
noticing that they were both were body cameras and went a little something like this: --
Woman Police Officer:
what do you want?
Simon:
I would like to report a crime. A police officer has caused me to suffer from gross
Misconduct and would like to report it to you under the police efficiency Act of Law 1999 or
2003 or under any police whistle blowing policy you must be in accordance to.
What I am reporting to you is that a police Officer that who is name as Steven Elesmore who
works for your branch has forge official paper work and then on filed it against me alongside
with other members of the Metropolitans Police Force.
Woman Police Officer:
I am not dealing with that; I am here only to serve you a Harassment Letter.
Simon:
That is not correct protocol when I explain to you about corruption that has been caused by
one of your colleges must act upon it.
Woman Police Officer:
I am not here to deal with that.
Simon:
But I am reporting a crime to you.
Woman Police Officer:
Can you stop shouting at me?
Simon:
I am not shouting at you I am just talking to you.
