Telephone call received from Duncan Lewis Solicitors to the MHA office, stating SC mother
had requested Duncan Lewis to visit the ward to see SC. It was explained to Duncan Lewis
that the MHA office and Nursing staff work for SC and to date he has not requested an
appeal against his section, or to see a solicitor, he has been read his section 132 rights and
has received a letter from the MHA office advising him of his rights.
