This man is hyper mental with flights of speech and ideation.
He has delusions that the police are targeting him are other residents in his block of flats.
He says people in the street are spitting at him because they believe he gave a woman
herpes.
He is quite grandiose in his ideas about helping the world.
While with doctor Greenside he persisted to prosiest thought or conversation that he
believed that I was suffering with a Mental Health Disorder such as psychosis.
I continued to stayed adamant that I am of good health and that I do not suffer from any of
the symptoms that a person would suffer from if they did have Psychosis and my family and
loved ones also agree with myself.
He told me that he wanted to put me onto medication again I told him that this was unfair

me this and he explained that he thought that he could smell weed from inside my room
when he came to it early to take me out for our meeting. I gave him the reply of no I have
not been smoking weed in my room and that I was happy to do a urine sample.
I explained to him that I had just left the wing on unescorted leave and could also smell
somebody outside smoking it.
While talking I explained that I had applied for my tribunal and wished for an absolute
discharge of any Mental Health illness and understood that this would be the correct
professional opinion.
At the end of our conversation I reminded him of a part of or past short conversation, when
doing so I explained that he had said to me himself that he did not believe that I was a
