MHA STATUS: Section 2
MENTAL STATE: 1:1 with Simon who was polite and engaged well. He became anxious when
he started discussing the tribunal. He said he was wrongly accused by police and does not
believe he is ill. He still believes his neighbours are wrong and he is not taking any
responsibility for any harm towards his neighbours. He thanked staff for their help and
support on the ward. He agreed to have a copy of his care plan and discussed it at length.
