Soon after doctor green side walked off into another room along the corridor. So, I went to
the officer door to finish making me inquires.
When doing this I got told that there was a letter in the office in my name.
I got a bit concerned after what my mother had told me about the assessment for a section
3 that doctor Greenside had ordered to take place while still waiting for my tribunal.
So, at first, I said that I was not sure if I wanted to accept the mail but the staff in the office
explained to me that they understood who the sender of the mail is. On listen to them some
more I got told that it was in regards to my tribunal date for my request of discharge from
the Mental Health Services. As soon as this got explained to myself, I trust in what the staff
had displayed to myself.
I took the letter and when reading the content of the letter I was not surprised to find my
tribunal date
The date got set for 08/11/2018 at the time of 02:15 hundred Hours and Minutes.
I left the office and went back into my room on the wing an made a phone call to my
mother!
When on the phone I told her, what had just happened and she explained that she was not
happy with the way my medical care was being handled and was following up her own line
of complaints regarding my detention.
At around 17:54 Hours
I made a phone call to my solicitor and left her a message on her answering machine
asking her to visit me so that I can go over my case with her.
At around the time of: 18:04
I received a visit from my solicitor who had come to see me we took a set in an empty room
on the wing and started to go over what has been going on to do with my case load.
She explained to me that she had received some documentation in purist of my detention at
the hospital.
After our conversation she allowed me to have a copy of the documents she had received
and this was a Circumstances of admission and background report I never had any time to
really go over it.
At about 19:30 hours
Mother came to the wing to see me and brought me some trainers and some new tracksuit
bottoms and other bits while I got keep at the hospital, I explained to her what had
happened when the solicitor arrived to speak to me earlier, I gave her the copy of the report
that I had and asked her to send it back to me by email.
While my mother wanted in the waiting room I rushed to my room on the hospital wing to
get the money for what my mother had prior got for me and I could not find my debit card
in my room when I went to repay her I am not too sure of how I miss placed it so I just
reported it to the bank as lost and stolen after fighting to get through the security
procedures I managed to find out that no other money went of the card while it was
missing.
Because of the time that my mother arrived to see me I missed my lunch and waited for the
staff change over to get some munch, I went back to my room and eat the food.
I then after stayed in my bedroom and continued working on my defence paperwork ready
for my tribunal
