2) No Staff had asked me if I had ever taken this medication before and if so, what reverse
effects it may have had.
3) No staff talked to me about my health which to me is a fettle part of administering
prescribed medication to another person and this being due to my bad heart pains that I

Enfield Council asking them to protect me from what the other tenants were doing to me in

4) No person had provided any evidence showing that I had a mental illness to my mother
or father who both also disputed that I have any mental illness alongside with many other
friends and family.
5) and because I have not acted with any mental illness and the main reason being that
doctor Greenside wanted me to get put on to a section 3 of the mental health Act 1983 is
because I said to a doctor Sarah Kathrine Hewitt that: --

5.2) The Doctor Greenside is saying that he wants to put me on a section three of the
Mental Health Act and administer medication to myself because I said that the police have
set me up and, in the doctors, chosen words “a conspiracy has taken place against me.”
5.2.1) I never committed the offences that I am being accused if and then after punished.
5.2.2) I am not the right colour skin to fit the accused allegations that the police have place
me on a 7-year curfew for 2 year for the injunction side of the Asbo and 65 years on
top at sentencing none concurrent straight after a year on curfew for another crime
that I did not commit and won the case at court after a lot of sufferings due to them
police and court case on goings.
