Thank you for the update email below and sorry it’s taken me a few days to get back to you.
Would you please be able to send all information that has been sent regarding this to me
including what you have written to them, so I can keep this on my records? On the
09/08/2018 the judge did state to me to make sure I keep everything that is being done
regarding Enfield Council in case I need it.
This is in case they go for the possession proceedings against Simon Cordell which so far,
they have not replied back to you regarding if they are going ahead with this or not.
It seems very mixed up as they told you from the start when you started to deal with this
that they were not going to do this and go for possession proceedings.
That only changed due to me due to knowing what Enfield Council has done I chanced this
up with their legal team and it only came to light when Paul Buckridge confirmed they were
doing this on the 30/11/2018 and me making you aware of this you saw yourself Enfield
council had not been telling you the facts, but it seems since then Enfield Council has not
replied to you regarding this, that in itself does not surprise me as this is how Enfield Council
has been all along when they just stop replying because something has been found out that
they have been saying won’t happen.
